MARCONI28 SUITES borns from an elegant renovation. The house is on the mezzanine floor in an elegant building with its own lift and concierge service.

Located in via Guglielmo Marconi 28, historic street in the center of Bologna. A strategic position in the historic center, a stone’s throw from Piazza Maggiore. Ideal for those traveling, both for pleasure and for work, easily accessible by public transport or by car. For those coming by car, we are inside the ZTL. To arrive without problems, two solutions:

• It is possible to park in the streets just outside the ZTL, in the municipal blue spaces and then walk 15/20 meters.
• Use one of our conventioned garages that issue a permit to access the center and stay in the center without problems. The garage autonomously communicates the license plate to the municipality and issues the permit.

The apartment is divided into 3 large suites, each with its own bathroom and a shared living area.

• Suite (30 square meters)
• Deluxe Suite (35 square meters)

All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, Smart-TV LED technology, air conditioning and free ultra fiber wi-fi 24/24. The heating and air conditioning system is individually adjustable room by room.

In the rooms you will also find a kettle, a selection of teas and herbal teas, espresso coffee and a mini bar.
Hypoallergenic cotton towels and linen.
There is a courtesy kit in each bathroom (disposable shampoo and soap).
In the living area common to the three rooms there is a coffee corner.

A very modern home automation allows you to regulate both the air conditioning and the entrances to the rooms. The access door works through an automated code-based opening / closing system. The access codes will be issued by e-mail or text message upon confirmation of the booking. It is thus possible to have access at all times while preserving your privacy.
